Founded in 2022, Purpose Seekers of America was created from a deep desire to helping underprivileged youth and young adults discover their purpose, develop their talents and gain the life skills needed to achieve long-term success.
Our visionary Founder & Executive Director, Jacqueline Pennix, knows firsthand the power of mentorship and the pain of its absence. After witnessing the heartbreaking loss of a bright underprivileged neighborhood youth who lacked support and hope, she vowed to make sure no other young person would be left behind.

Today, as an, Entrepreneur, Life Coach & Success Strategist, our Founder, Jacqueline Pennix, uses her innate gift and passion for helping others achieve success, fulfillment, and freedom to guide the Purpose Seekers of America mission. Through educational and enrichment programs that nurture personal development, financial literacy, and talent growth, Purpose Seekers empowers the community to rise above their circumstances and build meaningful, successful and purpose-driven lives.
